QUESTIONS ABOUT COACHING?
I am interested in coaching but am not from your area?

That's no problem at all! We will gladly coach you from anywhere in the world. The only thing you need is a cell phone and internet connection.

What is the difference to classic personal training?

Our coaching is not just about one facet such as joint personal training. It's much more about getting an overall picture of you and improving it in every way. In addition to training, we look at your nutritional behavior, analyze your everyday life and your sleep, and also take a look at your routines in everyday life.

When is coaching suitable for me?

For example, if you want to ensure your health, have motivation problems, or just aren't making progress anymore, you've come to the right place.

Can the Fit & Active program be tailored to a specific goal?

But with pleasure! If you want to run a half marathon, for example, we will adapt the program to your goal. It will still be a mix of strength, endurance, and mobility exercises, but the focus will shift according to your goal.

How long do I have to be coached by you?

It's up to you! Since we have a minimum duration of one month, 30 days is the minimum. However, for several reasons - which we will be happy to discuss with you personally - we recommend a duration of about three months.

Do I have to give up all my favorite foods and sweets during nutrition coaching?

No, of course not! We put a lot of emphasis on you having fun with it and keeping the things that are important to you an integral part of your life,

I have a lot to do every day and very little free time, does coaching here make any sense at all?

Just then it makes sense! Feel free to contact us or book an appointment for a free initial consultation.

Can I keep the fitnesswatch after the coaching?

Who we are

I am a certified fitness coach and a passionate athlete. Since my youth I have been doing different sports like cycling, calisthenics and classic fitness training. Over the years I was able to gain a lot of experience and had to learn through mistakes - just like everyone else. I have consolidated and expanded the acquired knowledge and practical experience through self-study and various fitness trainer licenses.

How I achieve my goals?

With motivation, sound knowledge and a concrete, realistic plan. With my help and support, there's nothing standing in the way of you achieving your best form. Together we will achieve your athletic goals, so that you too can become Fit & Active!

I am a certified nutritionist and your contact person for everything about nutrition.

Sports have always been part of my life, soccer and dead weight training are among my favorite sports. The interest in nutrition came later, when I often asked myself why I didn't reach my sportive goals despite regular training or why my well-being was bad again.

You ask yourself the same question? The answer is already obvious!

To become fit & active, the right nutrition is essential and there is no way around it. So that the same mistakes don't happen to you and you can constantly improve, I'm at your side. Together we will bring your nutrition and health to a new level!
